One of the few famous people who lives a fairly ordinary life is Julia Roberts. She has been married to director of photography Daniel Moder for 19 years, and it is clear that they adore one another. Phinnaeus and Hazel, twins who are both 16, and Henry, a son, who is 14, make up the couple’s family of three.
We hardly ever see the kids attending any public events or sharing images on social media since Roberts and Moder both prefer to keep their kids out of the spotlight.
But recently, we were able to catch a glimpse of the lovely Hazel with her father at the Cannes Film Festival in France in July 2021. The two were there to support the film Flag Day’s promotion. Sean Penn, an actor, served as the director, and Moder served as the choreographer. Hazel didn’t play a part in the movie, unlike Penn’s other children, but she nevertheless attended the ceremony to support her father’s efforts.
Everyone was transfixed by Hazel’s stunning beauty. Although some claim she got her mother’s nose, most people think that she is a perfect replica of her handsome father, thus it is not surprising that she has a beautiful appearance. Hazel has blonde hair and blue eyes.
She was observed walking around in a long, lace dress that was pale yellow and black Mary Janes. Her hair was pulled back into a ponytail, and she wore barely any makeup. a true lady
Moder spent the entire evening by his girl, and it was clear that he was proud of her.
It is unknown if Hazel or her siblings are interested in pursuing jobs in the entertainment industry because their parents rarely talk about them and prefer to keep them out of the spotlight, which is not surprising given how grounded Roberts is. Despite having a fortune estimated to be approximately $250 million, she has maintained her modest demeanor and never behaved like a diva.
Robert starred in the 2016 film Mother’s Day with Hazel and her brothers, who played minor roles.
Regarding her kids, Roberts explained to Harper’s Bazaar in 2018:
“I don’t think they will ever have a true sense of (my fame). I think I told you once when they were starting to figure it out, it was like, ‘You’re famous?’ And I said, ‘I think a lot of people might have seen the movie that I’m in or might know who I am.’”
She then spoke of the difficulties children face nowadays and added, “It’s different than when I might have said to my mom, ‘Mom, you don’t know what it’s like to be a teenager today,’ even though she probably did. Danny and I really don’t know what it’s like to be a teenager today. Sometimes my kids ask me things and I just say to them, ‘I’m going to say no, and I’m going to look into it because I don’t even know what we’re talking about.’”
It’s safe to say that Roberts and Moder make an awesome couple and are the perfect parents.
