The Cornwall-based sibling duo, Alex and Emily Jesson, took the traditional “quick change” act—usually a solo performer swapping dresses behind a curtain—and evolved it into a high-octane, “human quick change” spectacle that left the judges visibly bewildered.
The performance was a masterclass in pacing. Unlike standard acts that focus on a single person’s wardrobe, Matricks utilized a “shell game” strategy with multiple performers.
