Sumanth revealed that his father worked as a farmer earning just a dollar a day, making their opportunity to perform on a massive international stage a profound, life-changing blessing. The name “BAD,” they explained, wasn’t a reflection of their skill, but rather an acronym for the Bivash Academy of Dance.
The moment their music dropped, BAD Salsa unleashed a routine of pure, unadulterated adrenaline. Their choreography combined traditional salsa with extreme acrobatics, featuring lightning-fast spins, gravity-defying aerial flips, and high-risk tosses. The sheer speed and precision of their movements kept the audience on the absolute edge of their seats.
The judges were left completely spellbound. Heidi Klum marveled at how dangerous and thrilling the act felt, while Sofia Vergara admitted she couldn’t take her eyes off them for a single second. Simon Cowell was perhaps the most stunned, comparing their supernatural speed to watching a movie on “fast-forward” in the best way possible. Deeply moved by their dedication, Simon thanked them for traveling across the world, stating that without acts like them, the show wouldn’t exist.
